Standard delivery costs £3.99 and you should expect your parcel to arrive between 5 and 7 from placing your order (excluding weekends and bank holidays) as an absolute maximum.

You can read the full policy using the link at the bottom of the page but in short, returns are accepted within a 14 day period. If the item is faulty we will cover the postage. You will be responsible for paying the postage for items you return that are not faulty.

We do this because we want to be able to provide great product at fair and affordable prices and would be unable to do this if everyone ordered multiple items with a view to returning some of them.

We aim to get all items out within a couple of days of receiving the order so you can expect to receive you items within 5 - 7 days with standard delivery

We would absolutely love to know about it if you are looking for something you can't find. We will do our best to source it and add it to our range if we can.

Unfortunately a lot of manufacturers have not cottoned onto the fact that ladies of all sizes still like to look good when exercising, so some of the ranges are limited in size.

But - we are on a mission to change this. We are fighting the fight.

We are based in the HD8 area of Huddersfield, West Yorkshire and have a few partners we are working with where you can collect your order free of charge. Select local pick up at checkout and you will be able to choose where you want to collect from.
